I had book as a first timer on a special they advertised . I had my appointment months ago. So maybe they have improved. But I won’t be going back. It was anything but relaxing the girl who was doing my facial did it clean my face as I had just came from work . She said she would but didn’t. Tesla is always so friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Jasmine is my Go-To! The amount of change she has made to my skin based on her expertise and recommendations is remarkable. So happy I found this place. I actually live in Tucson but visit Phoenix often and since Pure Vanity is so great, I have no reason to find a new place.
