Mark came over to diagnose a large unhealthy looking tree near our house, he was prompt, polite and professional - it was a pleasure to have him in our home. He recommended we take a 'watch and wait' approach to the tree; it is refreshing and comforting to be able to trust his tendency towards preserving the tree and not taking unnecessary action. I will update my review if the tree eventually needs to come down, or sooner if we get a swing!

Mark was so professional from the beginning to the end of the project. He answered all of our emails quickly and thoroughly. He and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. They took down the tree, piled the logs where we asked them to and cleaned up the area where the tree had been. We would contact Pure Tree Care in a heartbeat if we needed any other tree care. Highly recommend them.
