Got a massage from Tiffany that was out of this world!! It was therapeutic and relaxing, just what I needed. One of the best massages I have ever received, since she is so receptive to what is going on in my body and how to work on it -- I highly recommend Tiffany for your next massage!
I had a one on one Yoga session with Reiki from Laura, and it was very informative. She was great at showing me the correct positions (many I was doing incorrectly). Reiki was new to me, but I left feeling happy & relaxed.
Robyn is an awesome massage therapist. The yoga classes are top notch! I'm so lucky to have this studio so close to me!
Recently, I took a yoga class there and the instructor was fantastic. She really knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable with the movements.

I love this place and the whole concept of Pure Synergy! I don't have a lot of previous experience with yoga, but I started attending classes at Pure Synergy a few weeks ago and have loved it! I've had at least one class from all the instructors and they have all been amazing! They are all very knowledgeable and work throughout the class to make sure people are doing things correctly.
