Got a massage from Tiffany that was out of this world!! It was therapeutic and relaxing, just what I needed. One of the best massages I have ever received, since she is so receptive to what is going on in my body and how to work on it -- I highly recommend Tiffany for your next massage!
I had a one on one Yoga session with Reiki from Laura, and it was very informative. She was great at showing me the correct positions (many I was doing incorrectly). Reiki was new to me, but I left feeling happy & relaxed.
Robyn is an awesome massage therapist. The yoga classes are top notch! I'm so lucky to have this studio so close to me!
Recently, I took a yoga class there and the instructor was fantastic. She really knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable with the movements.

I love this place and the whole concept of Pure Synergy! I don't have a lot of previous experience with yoga, but I started attending classes at Pure Synergy a few weeks ago and have loved it!
