RecommendedThis is a great place! I went for a massage every week to help with a hip injury for two months. Brie is absolutely awesome! I miss going now. I also did stretch yoga. Their essential oils are pure and their jewelry is precious especially the bracelets with real stones. This is a healing place! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been taking yoga classes at Pure Synergy for 3 months. I love each instructor and what they bring to our yoga practice. It’s a very chill place; never intimidating or competitive, just warm and inviting to all no matter how experienced or flexible we are. (As a plus, I’ve lost over 10 pounds since starting yoga!)
I needed a massage urgently and was traveling for business. I found Pure Synergy and called. They had an appointment available in about 2 hours. My situation was almost medical and I really needed a therapist who knew what they were doing. Penny was a perfect fit! She took time to investigate and identify the source of my problem, work through muscles and tissue all while explaining everything. I left much relieved and followed Penny’s advice of ice and heat. After 2 days, I feel so much better and on the mend! THANK YOU!

The massages are consistent, detailed and healing. I'm also amazed at how much I learn from the education they provide customers during massages.
