I am so happy to have such a first-class wellness studio in my neighborhood. I started out getting massages and now am taking yoga classes that have helped me with strengthening and balance. The "FIT" class on Tuesday and Thursday morning combines stretching with a great core workout. It is helping with my lower back pain -- I love this class! All the instructors are educated, patient and sincere in wanting to see you progress in your yoga practice and overall health!
I have really enjoyed the yoga classes! It's a beautiful space!
I had an awesome Pilates/stretch class with Jennifer this morning followed by an incredible massage by Robyn Arbogast! I can't say enough good things about this wellness studio. There is yoga classes also. Everyone is professional and yet we have a good time too!
