If you want great customer service from the front desk, but HORRIBLE dental services this is definitely the place for you. On top of leaving part of my tooth in my gums, they provided me with dentures that are 'breaking' and constantly cutting the inside of my mouth. I have to pack the crack with tissue or bubblegum just so the inside of my cheek doesn't rub until its raw and eventually bleed.. I am just over this place. Im glad I have an affirmation for bubblegum! Smh
Loved this place. Everyone is very attentive and nice. They work very fast and very understanding working around my business schedule. Would 100% recommend !!
Most amazing experience at a dentist office I took my 5 year old and Dr. Nguyen and his assistant were flawless in every way. Can’t thank them enough, I would recommend 100X over!
I came to Pure Dental in severe pain after being turned away by other offices. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. Victoria greeted me with the sweetest smile, and Genesis was so gentle and comforting even though my tooth was killing me. This was my first and last time going to this dentistry. The dentist literally brushed my teeth. When I mentioned it to the front desk she said I still had my deep cleaning to schedule in. Then I found out that they billed a deep cleaning, which now disables me to use my insurance until next year. They are crooked
