Sara has cut and colored my hair for the last couple years and always does an amazing job! I always feel relaxed and know my hair will look great when she's done. She always makes sure enough time is allotted and never rushes through her work 😊
I have been to Pure twice now and both times it was amazing! The stylists (Shantel and Holly) both did exactly what I wanted plus you get pampered while you are there. Would highly recommend! Update: I have now also had several nail services, a pedicure with reflexology, and a prenatal massage and they were equally as amazing! I love this place!
Jennifer at Pure Salon and Spa is awesome, she does my cuts and all over color! The salon itself is cozy and inviting, and aveda products are the best!
I LOVE Pure Salon! Carly is the best! She’s cut and colored my hair and always does an amazing job and always listens to what I’m thinking and even helps me learn to style my own hair. Definitely recommend!

Jennifer does such an amazing job! She always does my boyfriend and I’s hair! She always gives me exactly what I want and I always get so many compliments! Not to mention how amazing their products are! Pure is by far my favorite salon I have ever been to!
I had been a client at Pure in Ankeny for 2 years. I recently moved and had my hair colored at a different salon- it was awful!! I cannot say enough good things about Pure, specifically Carly! I have complete trust in Carly. I would show her a glance of a picture and she would make it look EXACTLY like it!! I was never disappointed with anything she did to my hair. I cannot wait to return back home and have Carly back. In the meantime no one else will be touching my hair:)
I cannot say enough good things about Carly. Not only does she do amazing work on cuts and color, but she's also extremely personable and easy to talk to. I tend to be indecisive and can't quite narrow down exactly what I want, but know that I can always show Carly a few pictures of some things I like and she will pull them together to make my hair look amazing because she's knowledgeable and skilled.
