I have been to Pure NV a couple of times the first time i was there the receptionist didn't even ask if I had an appointment she looked at me and then started talking to one of the other girls that worked their. I walked up to the desk and told her i had an appointment and she rolled her eyes and said I will let her know your here. The receptionist never got up and told the stylist I was there. Like being in a New York Salon – The staff is very talented and very friendly . The salon is like walking into a salon in New York and they are all down to earth its not like going to one of those other salons where you feel like you are not important. I have been going to Pure NV now since they opened and never had a problem with them. I would highly recommend this place. Make your appointment early they all book up fast.
TOP NOTCH!!!! – This place is wonderful . I have been going here since it opened at let me tell you i am treated like royality. Everyone at Pure NV is down to earth and friendly. I feel very welcomed when i go there. I have had my hair done and i have been to the spa a few times and eveytime i have had a great expiernce. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . We neede a salon like this in this area!!!!!!!
NOT WORTH THE WAIT! – In the past few months I visited this salon twice. On both occassions my stylist called off that day. The first time I was patient and another stylist offered to do my hair. It was an average haircut. My husband could hardly notice a difference. Since I didn't get the stylist that I was suppose to see to begin with I thought I would try again. Best Salon And Day Spa....Very trendy – This Salon is Very New York and the staff are very talented . Everyone is talking about how wonderful this place is . Its about time we get a salon like this in Michigan. They staff are all very personable and make you feel very comfortable.I would highly recommend this Salon and Spa.
