ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN!!! They have no respect for you as a customer and they've totally forgot they are in the service industry. My wife had a mani/pedi appointment and we got there 8 minutes late and were probably in the parking lot for 3 minutes right in front of the door/window. She goes in the lady at the desk was waiting on someone before us. Nice salon – My sister married over the weekend and we all had our hair done at Pure NV. My sister asked if I would write a review about how happy she was with her services! She had her makeup done at 5 other salons and hated it. So when we went to NV the day before the wedding to have her makeup done she absolutely loved it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I made an appointment w/Amy (the owner) for my 2 boys. Waited for 25 minutes, no one ever came to me and said Amy would be with me soon, the girl at the counter was busy entertaining a young boy. Amy was slowly sweeping all area's around her, talking and taking her own sweet time. I asked the girl at the counter, if she new I was here. She said, "yeah, she knows, and yelled "Amy she's here". don't buy online – I purchased a gift certificate through their website, which I THOUGHT was a very convenient option. I gave the certificate as a birthday gift & assumed that would be the last of it. Exactly 1 month later I received a phone call stating they never attempted to take the funds from my debit card until now & now there were insufficient funds. No kidding. Nice salon great service's – Recieved a groupon for a Massage and hair services and was very pleased! My massage with Jeremy was very relaxing and wonderful. Went back a few days later to get my hair colored and cut by Amy and she was very helpful on all my problems i have with my hair. She took her time and showed me how to work with my trouble spots. Best color and haircut i have had in a very long time. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my needs.

The BEST!! – Used my groupon here yesterday and had my hair and pedicure done!!! Great services and a wonderful time. Pedi was one of the best and my hair never looked so good!! I will be back and i highly recommend this place!

Dont get highlights! – I love my cut.. but, every time I get a highlight here... I feel like its not close enough to my root. So, I go home looking like I have ROOTS when I just paid 75 bucks to get them taken care of. Also, I showed up on-time for my appt. Sat there watching the girl finish with her appt before me. Then she disappeared and left me sitting in the lobby for 22 minutes before she took me back to start on my hair. Ugg... I will not be coming back here.

Nice Salon Great Updos – I was at this salon a few weeks ago to have all of our hair and makeup done for my wedding and loved loved loved my hair and makeup! All of my wedding party looked fab!!! My hair looked great the next day even after i slept on it!! I will go back here for other services!! The staff were very friendly and i love how the place looks!!

Very happy!!! – Just got home from Pure NV and had my hair colored and cut and my hair looks amazing!! Amy did a wonderful job! My hair never looked so good she did exactly what i wanted. Place is very nice and everyone seems very friendly! Also my co-workers all come here and have never had a bad expierence with any of the stylist! Never been so happy with my hair and am pleased with my experience here:)
