My sister, my mom, and I went for pedicures since we are visiting my sister here in Portland. Where do I begin?? Lots of interruptions. The technicians kept getting up and walking away in the middle of doing things. My sister’s technician was gone for most of the pedicure time and lots of steps of her pedicure got skipped. Staff were great and friendly. And did a beautiful job.
I truly used to love this place until my sister and I visited just a day ago. We made appointments for pedicures at 11:30am and the ladies welcomed us with great smiles and open arms. I had my 8 month old baby with me and my sister brought her 2 year old son. The minute we sat down to soak our feet, we were approached by one of the older ladies who was holding up three fairly large service menus. They have changed their regular service menu and now offer three options only. You can get a pedicure for $28, $35 or $50 only!!!!... read more
This is a beautiful spa. All of the staff was nice and smiling. I got a total package pedicure and eye brow wax plus a little cup of wine. I have to say it is the best experience ive had to date and I'm 35 So that's saying a lot. i can't believe anyone would leave a bad review. Go in happy and positive.. leave looking beautiful and satisfied.
Best. Place. Ever. They don't use the harsh chemicals and are all very friendly and just do a great job!
