I asked a patient of Dr. Alex Svac if he would know some exercises to help decrease neck and shoulder pain and restore the natural curve in my cervical spine. He went out of his way to record and post a video with some awesome exercises for me. I highly recommend Dr. Alex Svac!
Dr.Alex always puts my mind at ease when it comes to our sessions. He'll ask lots of questions to get to the root of your issue. I've always been skeptical of chiropractic practices, but he's really changed my view on the whole thing. Definitely highly reccomand.

Dr. Alex was very welcoming and answered all the questions that I had. I appreciated the time he took in understanding my issues. He is very knowledgeable and as a professional in the Health and Fitness field he is the expert I will recommend my clients see if they are seeking care.
I injured myself in the middle of the winter and Dr Svac got me up and skiing much quicker and healthier than I could have done myself. He is super friendly and extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and talented at treating the body. He is genuinely interested in helping his customers get and stay healthy!
