Booked appt for someone skilled w/blonde hair color. Showed exact pics of what I wanted and my hair was already blonde jus wanted lowlights for definition. I instead got a drabby brown color all over with toner. I was traveling and sent pics of before n after I wanted refund or partial and could show where I had t pay to get fixed ! They refused and to top off I look on site they paired me with an apprentice for me requesting someone skilled with color blonde
