Purchased a package deal for two homes (me and my brother's home). The installation was not done properly and faucet keeps spinning around - sales guy C visited and we figured that the faucet was missing some rubber piece to hold it in place - this was a month ago. Had this has the systems since 2019 no one came out to check on the system. Bad business.
Subpar customer service Ever since the pandemic these companies have given consumers the shorter end of the stick and Im tired of it. I moved into my BRAND NEW HOME 30 days ago and received my home water filtration unit on Sunday August 13th, 2023 by ******. I had issues with dark stained water in the toilet but after 72 hours that was resolved. This company's director first messed up my bank account for 3 months by taking a payment for pure water account out under the name of Bare Bottom Inn next I asked them to come and get the equipment they stopped answering the phone when I did get through I asked them to come and get their equipment no has called me back nor have they come also they have a financial company by the name of ***************** these people are messing with my credit rating and keep trying to get payments out of my bank account I have stopped this
I have had this water system for a few months now and it meets all the expectations. Water went from not drinkable to better than 99% of the water I can buy. No more hard water stains. Great unit

Stains, as you mentioned, and bad odors too. The water tested out very hard with lots of particluates. Pure Life Water Corp. did a great job presenting their product to us in an in-home demonstration. The **** ************************************ did a very professional job demonstrating the advantages of having purified water in the home. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our time, and he was very tidy in keeping our kitchen sink area as clean as it was before his arrival. He was also very generous and responsive in following up with helpful information.
