I was looking for something to ignite my boring workout routine...and I found it! The classes are welcoming, challenging and inspiring me to practice more! Stephanie is inspirational and an excellent instructor.
I love Live Pure Yoga. Stephanie is awesome! She is so encouraging and helpful, and focuses on form, so I know I am doing the pose right. There are multiple types of yoga taught, and all of them are a great workout. I would recommend Live Pure Yoga to anyone and everyone!
