Chad Goldwasser is the man! He knew exactly what to look for for us, what was a good deal & what wasn't and when the time was right he did a beautiful job of getting us the dream house we wanted! Because of him we are moving into that dream house this week & I'm so grateful for his guidance & care. Chad Goldwasser is not just good, nor is he great... he is legendary at what he does. We went through the process of buying and selling simultaneously through Chad and it could not have gone better.
