Pure Electrical did a fabulous job identifying and fixing a fault with a RCD switch, replacing smoke alarms and repairing a bespoke stair lighting installation. I recommend Pure Electrical.
We are really impressed with the service, easy to arrange, the technician was very friendly & pleasant & explained everything he did including showing us pictures of the fault he corrected. Our problem was fixed quickly & efficiently at a very reasonable cost and our air conditioning system is back working properly. We could not be happier with our experience with Pure Electrical & Air :)
We had some minor electrical repairs and the annual compliance check to be completed. From the very start I found the service received from Pure Electrical to be honest, factual and informative about the whole job. I was kept up to date and really felt listened to when I wasn't sure of what was needed to be completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any repairs or annual compliance checks required. The works were completed to a high standard and the account was way less than I thought it would be.
Pure Electrical & Air completed a full ducted aircon/heating install incl. removing the old evap unit for us, as well as a fair bit of electrical work including replacement of our internal lighting. The team were outstanding from start to finish - everyone we dealt with was great, the service was fast and we felt the pricing was competitive. Ongoing service after all of the work has also been excellent. Special call out to Stephan, Michael and Jack who all went above and beyond for us.
