I had the team (Dylan and Tim) from Pure Electrical and Air service my lounge and master bedroom reverse cycle air conditioners on 26/08/26. They explained everything and did the requested work. I asked about getting an antenna point put to my lounge wall (it’s only single brick, internal wall between kitchen and lounge) . Dylan said yes it could be done, and suggested the antenna point could go from the kitchen side, in this way the lounge wall is not affected. Excellent from start to finish, the quote was very quick, fair and reasonable and the service from the on site techs was amazing. They completed the installation of a new AirTouch5 console and a complete air con service within 2 hours and were helpful, friendly and very clean and tidy. I will be calling them again next year for a when my aircon service is due. I cannot recommend enough. 5 stars.
