POOR customer service – I heard from a neighbor that Pure did a great job on her windowboxes so I went over to the store and asked about getting mine done. I even went a week before my windowboxes were installed and was told that Michael would call me about planting them. After getting them installed and not hearing from Michael I stopped over at the store again. I left all my information again and was told Michael would be in the next day. Great florist – Stumbled across this florist when we moved into the Fitler Square area, and we were so surprised! A full service florist in our neighborhood! I bought my partner his Valentine's present here, a dozen of the most exquisite dark red roses that were stunning. I was really impressed not only by the roses, did i say that they were stunning?, but also by the friendly staff. My neighbors recommended them and now I'm passing them on at Citysearch.
Philly's best florist! I used Pure design for my recent wedding and was so damn pleased with the results! The owner, Michael, was easy to work with, understood our needs at every step, and is so nice! The shop itself is wonderful, full of unusual plants and great home decor items. GO!
The best florist in town! Michael, the owner, is an amazing florist, he's always able to translate exactly what I'm looking for into his floral designs. The staff here are knowledgeable and very helpful. Beautiful home decor items as well as unusual plants.
Really great florist! – Highly recommend this store! What I love about this place is at the surface it's a very typical Center City boutique. Lots of beautiful one of a kind items for the home (they sell everything from pillows to candles) along side the most unusual plants and flowers that I've seen. .
