Staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The knowledge that was presented to me about my care was unbelievable and made me feel right at home. Easily my best dental experience to date. Look forward to a very long relationship here!!!
Service and manners of reception and staff made me feel like I was the there primary concern, and it's been a while since i was there but they treated me like i was really missed. They told me everything they were going to do, made sure i understood and ensured i was conferrable during the whole process
I think the practice overcommunimates via text and email. The practice appeared to be taking adequate precautions amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. I only had two critiques about the visit. Although the hygienist was very careful when cleaning my teeth, she did not take care of cleaning my night guard when I told/showed her I brought it. It’s all about how you treat people and whether your staff’s behavior reflects your rhetoric. From the beginning of my visit, when I called to say that I had arrived, the person who answered the phone was, to be kind, less than happy to hear from me. Also, despite acknowledged COVID-19 precautions, making me wait in a hot car for over 20 minutes was discourteous and you need to find another way.
