Do not recommend service department. Had first service on my 2018 F-150 platinum. Get it home and find oily hand prints on my hood.
Sales team was good to deal with and when we had a glitch they made sure the solution met my needs and expectations. Were loving our 17 Ram Bighorn :)
Sales manager tried to sneak in a 15% interest rate in on a 2016 f150 then got very rude when I didn't like it and said he didn't care if I bought the truck or not. My credit isn't the best BUT went to moses ford and got an even nicer truck today with a 5% interest, better deal, and warranty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
