From the start of my experience to the very end I was made feel comfortable and in safe hands. Not only was Natalie knowledgeable but she took her time to answer all my questions no matter how simple. I will continue to get my facials at Pure Chateau. Today was my very first facial at Pure Chateau Wellness Medspa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Natalie and Mariana, they made me feel welcomed . My esthetician for the facial was Mariana, she was incredibly kind, she didn’t just get to it and start the facial, she communicated with me each step which I liked .
