Not only was Natalie knowledgeable but she took her time to answer all my questions no matter how simple. I will continue to get my facials at Pure Chateau. Mariana was amazing with my facial, she explained every step and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the service. Highly recommend! My skin is glowing and I feel so relaxed 😌
