It's ironic that they are a company that connects people together to allow them to communicate. However they don't actually communicate back with people when you need them. I've only sent three emails off and still haven't gotten a single reply back since 2016.
Mobile chat is not responsive at all. Sometimes it covers our entire website and the website is not even usable afterwards. Our business lost about 5% of its clients due to chat buggyness. We made a mistake by comparing prices when deciding with chat system to go with. The support staff doesn't accept they have issues even after sending screenshots nor happy to give a refund.
Interesting things are going on the internet, fun, money making, creating new and exciting ways to use FB for business, as well as communication with industry. More and more FB is becoming a money maker for users, but remember the people creating ways to earn are way ahead of you so my advice, sit back and watch before you put your toes in the water.
