After nearly 5 years being with Pure Chat - I am being forced into the new free model and they are removing my grandfathered features. Anyone new to PureChat will have to pay for the features I had grandfathered in. Best I got from the team at PC is Sorry the features haven't been offered in over 4 years. I will now move my clients and myself to another platform. Thanks for taking care of such a long client!
