I am so happy I used Purecare Dry Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets. They were very thorough and professional. They even moved my heavy furniture and trimmed my carpet. The carpet looks great and I would highly recommend them.
I'm very impressed with Purecare. Everyone I met was very kind and I felt they were trustworthy. And they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet on the stairs and in the basement. The stairs had many stains from heavy traffic, including the dog that goes up and down those stairs multiple times a day to go to the backyard. The basement carpet recently flooded due to rain and had a nice swampy smell to it even after we dried it out thoroughly. The carpet looks almost new again and the smell is gone! Thank you Purecare!
Our son works in a restaurant kitchen and his grease/grime covered shoes made the stairway carpet almost black. PureCare's process even got those clean. And we're happy knowing that their cleaners and process are greener than other options.
Our puppy had had a couple of accidents in our daughter's room. Once the weather turned warm and humid we knew it was time to have the carpet cleaned. The weekend the weather turned our daughter suffered a concussion - she needed to rest comfortably but was unable to because of the smell.
