when they get done with one aera they will have you check it. check it good as I had to have them redo a spot, they did reclean it to my satisfaction. I had three couches cleaned and they did good except one had a dry spot of dirt on it that I had to scrape with my fingernail and rewipe with damp cloth to get it off but I didn't check it before they left so it was my fault. They were excellent! The technician was courteous and friendly. He did an excellent, efficient, and professional job, and he did it fast. He was realistic in his assessment of the stains he was to remove, but he was able to clean them much better than I expected. Their prices were fair and reasonable and Ayla at their office was professional and friendly too. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and wish them continued success.
your company did a very good job
Not only did pure care do an amazing job on my carpets last year when I still lived in my home but today they just now dropped me off two bags of refills as an emergency delivery because my dog got sick all over the carpet and I was out. Amazing people and fabulous service!
