Meet the Business Owner Amanda K. Business Owner A former dancer and graduate of Southern Methodist University, Amanda began teaching Pure Barre classes in 2011 while working in the corporate world. Pure Barre Allen is a great workout that builds up my mind and body every time I step thru the doors! The instructors are helpful and patient yet push me to improve. I look forward to seeing the other students every time I attend as well!! Try it if you have been thinking about it and wondered!! Nothing to lose and every thing to gain!!
I love this workout. It builds strength and flexibility like no other workout I've done. The instructors are so supportive and encouraging. I felt at home right away! It is the perfect workout for all ages and abilities.

I've only taken 5 classes and I can't believe I feel stronger. In 2 days I will be 1 year recovery from a 360 spinal fusion surgery. Pure Barre is the bomb, hard but well worth it!!
