I have taken group exercise classes all my life. Pure Barre Allen is one of the most unintimidating and inviting programs I've ever been to. Is it really hard? Yes! However, the instructors are so well trained that you totally feel successful every class even if you have to modify. Congratulations to the owner Amanda who knows how to run a business and make a very welcoming environment❤️
I have been doing pure barre since spring of 2016. I am tone, stronger and flexible. The instructors are so motivating. I am addicted!
