EVERYTHING- the four different formats, the fantastic and knowledgeable instructors, friendly and supportive receptionists, great friends to work out with, good music, and nice studio space.
I started doing pure barre in November 2022 & I just love all the classes, the staff is amazing, one of the best all over body exercises I’ve ever taken. It’s definitely a challenge but when you leave class you feel so good about yourself & isn’t that what working out is all about. Definitely recommend this workout for all ages.. oh if you decide to try Pure Barre you definitely have to try the new class “Define”, it’s working out with heavier weights & building muscle tone, amazing.
Ella is by far the best barre instructor I've ever had (have done a few series over the last 5 years and I normally switched to something else because it got too familiar). She was super challenging but checked in... Class was hard but you feel like your body reset throughout ..
Fabulous instructors with a friendly and encouraging environment. When I started I could not do even half of the exercises. However, everyone was so encouraging, and the instructors so helpful in how I could modify to make things more doable, that I was motivated to stick with it. I am proud to say that I have made tremendous progress, and I give alot of the credit to Pure Barre!
Discovering barre, with absolutely no exaggeration, changed my life. Finally found a workout that consistently challenged me every single time that I truly enjoyed. Bonus points because this location has great parking as well!
