100 percent one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. Pure Barre Westhaven offers a great workout with an amazing and supportive community with the best instructors around.
I taught Pure barre for 4 years and have been taking for 10 years and the WestHaven studio is one of my faves! It’s a warm, welcoming environment with classes challenging enough for experienced clients and plenty of modifications for newcomers. All of the teachers are amazing. And you can’t L help but smile when you see the cutest furry greeters (a doodle and a frenchie)!
I am not sure there are enough words to explain how much I love Pure barre at West Haven! When I first started this class a year and a half ago I could barely get through the first 10 minutes… Now I am seeing the changes on my body as to how well this works. It is not easy by any means , but so worth it ! All of the instructors are extremely well trained and watch you closely to make sure your form is correct so you can get the most out of your class.. If I didn’t have to work , I would take a class every single day !
After each class I leave feeling stronger and more confident. It’s challenging yet so much fun!
