Pure barre is just amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming whether it’s the pure barre staff or even the other clients. I have been doing pure barre for a little over a year and it’s so addicting. I have never loved working out so much!
I came here for my first class yesterday and will definitely be back! I am SO sore today but had so much fun. And the more I move around the less sore I feel. I have struggled to find a lower impact workout that I love and I think this is it. I am so glad I gave it a try. Even though I am new and knew I would feel dumb and lost, I never felt judged even when Stephanie (my instructor) would fix my form. This is exactly what I have been needing.
