Pure Barre keeps me strong without injuries. I love the supportive environment and excellent instructors. Great for all ages!

Love the low impact workouts. The instructors are good about correcting your form and showing modifications.
As an older adult, I get to work on strength, balance, and flexibility. Much needed to avoid and/or deal with falls and mishaps! I love the different formats, the sense of community, and feeling welcomed and supported. I just hit 1000 classes!
