I was pretty nervous coming into my first class... I am older and not in shape. But everyone made me feel really welcome. There were moves I couldn't pull off, but thankfully I wasn't the only one. I am incredibly sore, but can't wait for my 2nd class tomorrow. I have seen other people there rise to the challenge and I want to as well... thank you Pure Barre for being so welcoming and supportive!
8 months in and I can't imagine ever stopping.....super fun, supportive and knowledgeable instructors....its my new group of friends!
This place might as well be my home away from home at this point! I started going to classes in Sep 2016 when I was about 6 weeks pregnant, and I haven't stopped since. The instructors have been helpful and patient with any modifications or questions while still making sure I get the most out of my workouts, and there's a group of regulars in the morning sessions who have been wonderful as well! Little girl is due May 1 and I'm hoping to still be attending right up until the end :)
Such a wonderful experience! All of the instructors are wonderful. I would recommended this class to anyone!
I have been to 2 classes so far but both experiences were awesome! The two instructors I have taken classes with were welcoming, energetic and knowledgeable. Totally recommend to all my fitness buddies! M
