I did a class today while on a business trip. I didn’t want to fall back on my fitness routine. The Pure Reform class was awesome. Instructor(s) where amazing at explaining everything and super welcoming. I highly recommend!

I love PB! Its a great low impact workout. The staff and instructors are awesome and I've made some great friends. The best exercise is the one you'll do! I found mine. Come try it.
