Best intense workout...didn't realize that there were so many muscles that you could tone up even after two years...and very motivating with instructors who are in awesome shape. This class teaches you that there is always room for self improvement in your workouts and I actually look forward to peaking at the muscle shaking stages!
Thank you Pure Barre Miami for being the first workout routine that I have been able to stick to for almost 2 years! Still, I find each class challenging but enjoyable enough than you want to go in 5-6 times a week! The amazing instructors and quick results will keep you coming back!
I LOVE this place. Trying something new can be intimidating, but the girls are friendly and welcoming. Being a professional dancer already I was worried it would be easy for me, but I am challenged every time and can really feel and see a difference in my body. And I like that each class is different, the moves change with each instructor so it keeps it interesting. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of trying it.
