My cousin asked me to try this out with her. We are way out of shape and barely made it through class, but it was still great! We had our first class with Olivia yesterday....she was an awesome instructor! Very informative and helpful in making sure we were postitoned correctly.
Had my first class with Olivia today, she is amazing! I was pretty nervous/intimidated to start- she was so helpful and encouraging. Can't wait to go back!

This place is my jam =] best work out I've had in a long time!
Love everything about it. Just tried Platform class, and what a great cardio workout!! Great to incorporate that into the regular classes. Love this place!!
