I can’t say how much I love this place. All the instructors are amazing and so helpful in teaching correct technique. I can honestly say every single time I go to class I feel challenged since no two classes are ever the same! Every time I leave class I feel empowered to take on my day.
It was my first night in a few months and I successfully feel like jello. Mimi is such a sweetheart and so encouraging!
i cant believe i been coming here for more than 2 yrs and im just leaving my review. I couldn't exist without this place. This is my happy place where I disconnect & reconnect. Where i get the right vibes and inspiration and bring these to the rest of my life. A lot of changes and shifts in my life have started here. From day one the staff has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. This is truly a game changer for a lady with busy days and an hour to spare to keep it right and tight! #purecheerchallenge
Amazing workout & great staff that were welcoming, helpful, incredibly encouraging too. I’d taken a few classes at another location but had a totally different and much better experience here in Mason! I’m new to the area so the free first 7 days initially was just so I had something to do with my free time but I’d say I’m addicted at this point and can’t wait to see if I can fit classes into my new work schedule.
Such an amazing workout with even more amazing people!
