Understand there’s a late policy but arriving one minute late, having the door be opened, and then be told no late entry and then door shut in your face is kind of a terrible experience. Needless to say, I won’t be back
I love the instructors. Their enthusiasm and kindness is unmatched. Throughout class the tips and encouragement helps me push through the pain / strain / stretch. The consistency between the instructors is key too. They each have their personality but the “how to instruct” / language within the exercise is consistent, making it easy to go to a class with a new instructor.
