Very good service and great job thank you
Pascal-Annie is excellent with families who are adjusting to a major life change. She has taken the time to have multiple follow up visits with our son to ensure that he is getting the greatest benefit from his hearing aids. Highly recommend her services.
Very professional and caring. Pascale-Annie is very caring, takes her time and is great with children.
Unfortunately Pascale-Annie really dropped the ball here. Without a doubt the worst experience ever with an audiologist. Very, very pushy. IMHO she would make a better salesperson than an audiologist. My needs did not seem to have any bearing on my appointment. Sadly it was $90 wasted for the hearing test and not to mention my time. Not recommended.
Myself and my husband have never had an issue with Pasquale Annie. She never pushed us into anything. She was always helpful, caring and polite. We recommend her 100%.
