The tech arrived, walked the house with me, and told me what to expect as it relates to time and work. They did a great job and we'll use them again in 3 years or less.
I contacted them to have duct cleaning service in one of my rental properties. After weeks of going back and forth with Kelly office mgr, my tenant and tech, Kelly sent me a txt stating “Messaging System of Pure Airways; Thank You I was trying to figure that out, He is over Houston; We only make Appoinments we are not responsible for his work. I used this company geixe for 2 properties I own in Dallas. Both times they showed up on time, provided me with the best air duct cleaning service I have encountered, and gave me a great price. Use them and you will not regret it. Excellent company!!
Please Do Not Hire this company Ever. They are a Joke and Liars. Its a Totally Rip off. Unfortunatelty i hire them for air duct and furnice cleaning and basically they just walk in and out and didnt do absolutely Nothing. When my husband got home and check what was done it was a total dissapoinment. I even called back to complain and they did not care. What they show in their page its totally FaKe!! I paid them $567 for nothing.!!!!
This company is as bad as they come. They up sell on stuff that may not be there and do a shody job as the head Tech Cameron came by to let me know. Neli in the office sounds very sweet but spends all her time covering for Victor the Owner/ Supervisor who will never get back to you. Waited around twice for them to show up for appointment to put it right but never did. We purchased a brand new washer and dryer and the dryer was showing that the vent was blocked 80%. Pure Airways tech showed up 3 hours late from when they said they would be there (windowed time) and said that he would clean the vent for $500 (advertised price was $79)...I balked and they reduced the quote some he then spent 10 minutes doing the work.
