RecommendedThe workers were very educated in what they were doing and had answers for all my questions. After they completed the job they asked us if we had anything they wish to bring to their attention. We were very pleased with the whole duct cleaning process.
These guys did a great job. They arrived early after calling me to make sure it was ok. They worked very professionally and quickly. They showed me before and after photos of all the vents and duct lines. The guys were polite and courteous and the price was better than any other estimate I got! Outstanding service! Just look at the reviews, what more can I write? I shall push on. Stephan arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned/sanitized the ducts in our new home. We both agreed that the previous owners never cleaned the vents prior so you can only imagine how gunked up the ducts were. Not any more. Pure Airways was recommended by two different people and they were spot on with the recommendation. Thank you again Stephan.
I have really bad allergies so I found these guys on-line back in June 2018. They came out and noticed my AC unit in the attic space was banged up, fixed it for free. Then I just called them to come out and clean the vents for my business a few days ago. They were able to make an appointment with me within 3 days. Great job, now I'm breathing clean air. I was breathing in all kinds of dirt from the remodel but now it's dirt free. Thanks Stephan.
Fantastic customer service- I highly recommend this company, and Stephan, to anyone needing a cleaning of your duct work. The team was so professional and Stephan took time and explained every step to us.
