Pure Air serviced my a/c in July 2019. The Customer Service was excellent. I called the previous day and the receptionist called me back with a scheduled appointment for the next day since I told her it was not an emergency. The Technician was very efficient, professional. Thank you Mary for the customer service and to Jonathan the technician. You are both an asset to the Co. Pure Air.

Great first experience. We saw water on the floor underneath our air handler. I called Mary at Pure Air and Jonathan, their awesome, epic technician for Pure Air mitigated the problem quickly. He explained everything to me about our ac system which is an essential item living in Florida. I would use Pure Air again in a nano and ask for Jonathan.

I have used Pure Air before and they are an excellent company. I needed a neighbors a/c worked on while they are out of town. I called Pure Air and they were at the house the next day. Josh, the technician, who was on the job for the 3rd day with the Co. done a wonderful job getting the a/c up and running. He is a great asset to Pure Air. I would recommend them to anyone who expects excellent service.

I had to sue Pure Air of Naples and the owner for refusing to refund my pre paid 3 year service agreement that he cancelled. The Lee County small claims judge agreed with me that Mr Crothers was at fault and ordered payment for which he has not honored. Mr Crothers lacks basic business ethics IMHO. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

In my 20 years in Florida I have used many A/C companies but I finally settled on Pure Air in Naples. Outstanding service and no pressure to buy additional services. They are good people who show up on time and do what has to be done with respect to service and installation. Fair pricing and no nickel and diming for extras.

Pure Air installed a new air conditioner in early 2016 and maintained the system for 2 years. Our pan overflowed in October 2018, the system was designed to give a warning and shut down. This did not happen~~causing major water damage. After a supervisor came to the house we were told the system had not been set up correctly. A mold mediator was called due to the damage, discovered that the ducting had been improperly installed.
