Visited Puchase Ford in search a 2019 F-150. I was shown 2 vehicles, neither of which included the equipment I wanted, I.e., tow package. When I asked if the tow package could be added, I was told they’d get back to me. Never received a call back, despite the fact I told them I was ready to purchase. Also was told they could search other dealer inventory and was offered one vehicle that was $6k over my target budget. They had a vehicle that I was looking for at the price that I could afford and made my experience very pleasant. I didn’t really want to trade in my car, but needed something bigger for gbabies.
When I messaged Michael about the car they had for sale he was prompt at responding and answering my questions. Very friendly and easy to work with. When I showed up to look at the car in person he was ready to help, it was a rainy yucky day, when we test drove the car and wound up falling in love with it. He made the process very simple and easy for me. When I had an issue he was quick to jump and help me out! Definitely a very friendly and reputable place to car shop!
