I came in to Purchase Ford to get assistance with ordering a new key for a Ford. I stood around the main area without being acknowledged by any employee in the building. I had hoped to be directed to the proper department but I ended up leaving since no one could be bothered to assist me. This is my first experience with this dealership, and it certainly wasn't a good first impression.
