I went to this office in 2008 in SEVERE right ear pain. It was worse than natural childbirth. The receptionist refused to have me seen, indicating I could take a 2:00 appointment. At around lunch, my right ear drum ruptured. Two days later, after an ER visit because of the pain, I got Bell s Palsy. I lived unable to smile for 5 weeks.
