My project turned out fine. The entire experience was positive. The estimator was able to accommodate my tight schedule and provided valuable tips as well. The price was competitive, in comparison to other bids I received. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael was excellent to deal with. He was prompt, cleaned up while doing the project, and provided me direct contact information should there be and concerns or follow-up needed. Although the company is located in Cottonwood, Michael resides in the Munds Park area so Flagstaff jobs are readily accessable. I would highly recommend Purinton Electric.

Travis called me and set up an appointment for the following morning. I asked him about the paying for travel time, as i had read another review complaining about paying for travel time. He advised that I would be charged a flat rate of $60.00 to fix my ceiling fan, unless there was some unseen major issue. His technician arrived on time, quickly found the problem and fixed the fan.
