Travis called me and set up an appointment for the following morning. I asked him about the paying for travel time, as i had read another review complaining about paying for travel time. He advised that I would be charged a flat rate of $60.00 to fix my ceiling fan, unless there was some unseen major issue. His technician arrived on time, quickly found the problem and fixed the fan.

I have not completed my new home project and have not installed solar yet. I was very happy with the price quote and info given and will most likely have this company perform the service when I get underway.

Michael was excellent to deal with. He was prompt, cleaned up while doing the project, and provided me direct contact information should there be and concerns or follow-up needed. Although the company is located in Cottonwood, Michael resides in the Munds Park area so Flagstaff jobs are readily accessable. I would highly recommend Purinton Electric.
