The technician was terrific and explained everything to me. He replaced the outlet plug quickly, upgraded it and only charged $80. I paid by check. He came quickly as well - 12/23 - and was right on time. My only problem was that I was promised an invoice by email and have not received it as yet. I called Thursday and left a message, but still no invoice.
The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The serviceman was also very nice. He seemed concerned for our issues. He reassured me of our safety, as I was worried. And he took the time to explain some things to me for my peace of mind. They were very affordable and timely. I'm very happy with their service.
