Arrived 1.5 hours late after I called them. When they went to leave, there were carpenters marks on the ceiling my wife had to get them to paint over. Once they were gone, we found they broke an electrical outlet cover and failed to replace it. (they took the broken one with them, so they knew it was broken.) Having said all that, they were the best price and we are pleased with the fan. Just watch their workers closely before they leave.
