I guess I must have taken my dogs here on an off day because I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and definitely will not return or recommend. This was my 1st time trying this groomer and have 2 great pyreneese that I brought to have bathed. I brought and gave special instructions on putting ear wash in my youngest which I was told at drop off was noted and would not be a problem. They did an awesome job grooming Rosie today! She was a shaggy mess when she arrived and left looking like a cute well groomed schnauzer!
