Crystal has done several of my dogs and I would never take my babies anywhere else.
I took my chow several months ago to have him bathed and groomed for the second time there. The first time they did a pretty good job on him and remarked they had never had a Chow kissing their face when they groomed him. I explained he's the most lovable dog to anything and anyone I had ever seen. So I took him back to be groomed again. We love Pups & Pals! We first took our dog there in 2014. We weren't sure what cut we wanted for our schnoodle, so I gave them the best idea I could of what we were looking for and let them do their thing. When I got him home, there were a few things we did not love, like the way his tail and face were cut. I called Pups & Pals and they had me bring him in the next day to "fix" it, no charge.
