what a great place to take your dog..my two Pekes were "un-invited" to many different groomers around KC..said they were too difficult...unruly..and a pain! I took them to Lacey here..and she did a beautiful job on them both...they literally floated out the door and looked so adorable..I am thrilled with the grooming, and the personal attention the staff gives the pups..my dogs enjoy going..they always look top-notch..and, Lacey said they weren't even difficult to groom...thank you, Puppy's Playpen..and special "thank YOU" t... read more
My girls, Shelbie & Kallie, LOVE going everyday! When I drop them off in the morning, they don't look back or even say bye to me! Lol
I love this place. I never had let anyone around my baby (danger) without me, and not to thing cut her hair. they take such great care of her. I call all day when she's there and they're so respectable they never get irritated with me calling and I appreciate everything that they do for my baby (danger). I would recommend this place to anybody

Puppy's Playpen is great. A wonderful place to trust taking care of your best friend.
This place is amazing. You can't always prevent things from happening. Our dog did get hurt while being there. I won't go into details, however, they took great care of him, and even though they didn't have to and I wasn't expecting them to, they even took care of the vet bill. I couldn't thank them enough and like I said can't prevent everything and sometimes stuff happens. The main thing is when something does happen how you handle it and THEY HANDLED IT PERFECTLY. The staff is friendly and our dog cannot wait to jump out of the car and enjoy his stay. Reasonable prices too. I recommend them highly!
