Thank you, thank you, thank you to the two super nice girls that helped me out today. I was en route and lost to get a rescue puppy without my phone. I saw Puppy's Playpen, and figured they had to be dog friendly, so I stopped. The young ladies at the front counter went out of their way to help me get where I was going. They made me maps, let me use their personal phone, and thankfully didn't make me feel like a lost idiot. I love that I can call in and ask how my baby girl is doing and they know her by name. They let me know who she is playing with and what she's been up to!

It appears to be a nice facility but it would be good to know that they do not accept unaltered dogs for daycare. It would be a important piece of information to know prior to completing all the forms.

Under our daycare and boarding requirements on our website, it clearly states all dogs must be spayed or neutered after the age of 6 months.
We love puppy's playpen for daycare grooming and boarding! The staff is amazing and always has great stories about how our dogs behaved while they were there! Zoey our vizsla can't contain her excitement when we turn into the parking lot she loves it so much!!

I've been taking Bogey to Puppy's for a little over a year now and we've had some recent life changes that have made my having to take him for boarding way more than he has historically gone or that I'd like. That being said, everyone here is great and it's become Bogey's home away from home. He loves going, whether for daycare or for boarding and it's a huge peace of mind for me knowing how well he's being loved and taken care of when I can't be with him. I would highly recommend Puppy's Playpen to anyone!
They truly pay attention to my dog's needs and know her personality. I feel like I'm dropping my dog off at a friend's house.
